Responsibilities Make an impact ·         Meet with clients to determine their Salesforce needs and develop implementation strategies, ·         customize Salesforce systems according to client requirements, ·         manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce and related integrations, ·         create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track business metrics, ·         provide training and support to Salesforce end users, ·         stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities, ·         ensure the Salesforce system is fully operational and free from bugs, ·         collaborate with stakeholders to improve Salesforce strategies and usage. Application Requirements What you need to succeed ·         At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role, ·         Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Consultant, ·         strong understanding of sales and marketing operations and business processes, ·         excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ·         strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical staff, business stakeholders, and senior management, ·         ability to work in complex multinational and multicultural environments, ·         fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
