SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ampscript. + Lead consultative engagements with clients across all industries on business goals and challenges. + Confidently leads projects with multiple clients at the same time + Architect a detailed solution tailored to customers' goals, considering their current and future-state environment. + Effectively communicate and present the design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to customers. + Approach each customer as unique, ensuring that their environment, skill set, internal processes, and business structure are accounted for in overall designs. + Build and fully test the solutions as designed, working with customers to iterate through modifications and revisions. + Document design and/or maintenance processes as necessary. + Provide in-depth training as appropriate to ensure customers are self-sustaining. + Collaborate with other team members to validate solutions, solve technical challenges, and share knowledge. + Average of 10% travel, up to 25%, to client locations throughout the U.S. + Perform other duties required and assigned + **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE** + 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architecture, Design and Development. + Must have experience working with Interaction Studio and use of Einstein for Recommendations & Decisions (Next Best Actions) + Proficient in leveraging various studios & builders in SFMC platform for running B2B/ B2C marketing campaigns.
