Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Arcserve is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce BSA to join our Business Systems team and elevate our use of Salesforce. The Salesforce BSA will play a critical role in IS by translating business requirements and data into meaningful insights, process improvements and automation. This role interfaces with all business functions, drives adoption and leverages the Salesforce platform to solve business problems. To succeed in this position, you must be an analytical, detail-oriented self-starter who is curious and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work cross functionally with multiple regions and departments to identify, define and transform current and future business processes, requirements and solutions that deliver measurable value to the company. The Salesforce BSA is a critical thinker who is adept at understanding complex business problems, working to distill these into tactical, manageable requirements and working with cross-functional teams to provide elegant, cohesive solutions. Essential Job Responsibilities:
80% - BSA and related activities / 20% - Salesforce AdministrationConsult with Sales, Marketing and Support organizations on a regular cadence to identify, prioritize, and implement change to the SFDC platform.Document business initiatives and decompose into actionable agile user stories for the development team.Attend agile story grooming meetings with SFDC Developers.Design and implement reports and dashboards.Management and triage of (internal and customer facing) Helpdesk escalations.Maintain and optimize SFDC Lead management cycle and integration with Marketing automation platform.Maintain User Roles, Security, and Profiles and Permission Sets.Train end users and prepare related documentation (training materials, process, and data flows, and use cases).Remain current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certifications.Coordinate with our Salesforce Development and Data Quality team throughout development lifecycle to ensure requirements are met and delivered to specifications.Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of release activities.Play a key role in prioritizing process and system initiatives to enable corporate visibility and decision making.Provide critical, intuitive reporting to deliver real-time updates on core KPIs.Work in conjunction with internal functions to support their business data needs while driving a level of standardization within SFDC.Promote a metric driven culture through scalable data architecture, integrations, and process enablement.Project manage complex projects.Maintain and enhance customer facing communities (Experiences).
Required Job Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator7 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator5 years’ experience as a Salesforce BSA5 years’ experience with Sales/Marketing OperationsPrior experience with Salesforce Revenue Intelligence is strongly preferred.Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsHands-on experience with complex CRM projects for mid-market and enterprise size companies.
Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration.
Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM
Ability to articulate and demonstrate thorough understanding of the Salesforce security model.
Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, validation, advanced Approvals and Email alerts.
Prior experience Case Assignment rules including FIFO concepts, Case Auto Response shortcomings, Email2Case functionality and limitations, Case Close process, and CTI
Must be able to describe OOTB Salesforce De-Duplication features.
Experience writing user stories and working with agile development teams to execute.
Ability to generate business process/workflow diagrams (UML, Use Case, Functional Design, etc.).
Strong problem solving, consultative and influencing skills.
Demonstrate excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
Disciplined self-starter with attention to detail.
Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance and ERP concepts
Must be highly productive when working remotely and excel in a group collaboration environment.
Basic understanding of Salesforce SSO (SAML, Single SignOn) in the context of Employee and Experience authentication.
Experience with Salesforce ETL strategies including DataLoader and Workbench.
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years prior experience Salesforce Admin experience and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.

Salesforce Certified Platform App BuilderExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud Einstein and/or TableauPrior experience with a multi-tier distribution or channel-based Go-To-Market strategyWorking knowledge of SoQL and/or SQL related tools.Basic understanding of Apex code and triggersExperience with Jira, ConfluenceExperience with Cloudingo and/or equivalent
