Τhe Salesforce Business Analyst & Reporting- e tools Specialist is responsible for creating and providing additional value to Ayvens by cultivating relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the owner of Sales Cloud. Support and cooperate with the commercial team in order to keep it updated, according to rules and processes. Ensure system functionality in cooperation with Ayvens Digital and the central commercial team.
• Maximize usage of Sales Cloud by effective transfer of data and processes within the SC environment.
• Maintain a strong connection with Ayvens Digital and the central Sales Cloud team, in order to be updated regarding Sales Cloud developments.
• Onboard all commercial employees and identified Sales Cloud users. Periodically provide trainings to the commercial team and keep awareness in top level. Create and update training materials, playbooks and guidelines based on Global processes but also local developments.
• Maintain a strong connection with local IT department and ensure proper communication of Sales Cloud with ERP and other key systems.
• Consult project managers from all departments for all issues related to Sales Cloud (capabilities, do’s and don’ts, etc), providing value adding solutions when feasible.
• Cooperate with process owners in order to ensure processes alignment with the Sales Cloud environment.
• Data quality: take all necessary action in order to maintain excellent and flawless data quality in Sales Cloud. Take pro-active action in order to prevent data quality deterioration and identify in time “broken” connections between the systems.
• Work closely with the Marketing team in order to maximize benefits from the Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud functional communication.
• Reporting accountabilities such as KPI reporting
• Projects: participate in multidisciplinary teams and projects
• Ensure high quality market & customer insight
• Collect high quality data from relevant sources, consolidate information and prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Collect and analyze data for the Operating leasing Market in Greece as well as from all relevant business sectors

Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree in Business Administration or technical education
• 4-6 years working experience:
• Solid experience in the leasing/ fleet management, ideally in a commercial environment
• At least 2 years of experience working with Sales Cloud Platform
• Working experience as a CRM owner is a plus.
• Client Service and Contract Management experience would be ideal
• Excellent knowledge of Flows and Processes
• Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel/Word/Outlook)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written

• Strong listening skills

• Ability to work under pressure and keep calm under stressful conditions
