This position collaborates with Product Managers, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders within Nutanix.All listed tasks and responsibilities below are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional tasks and responsibilities.Job Responsibilities:Partner with key business and technical stakeholders to deliver roadmap capabilities required to meet Nutanix OKRsExecute initiatives in End to End from inception to delivery, primary focus will be GTM systems for SaaS Leads business problem analysis and develops large-scale solutions for business goalsUnderstand architecture and design of common services frameworks for usage across various applications and influence them in long runCreate detailed requirement specifications for enhancements to existing or development of new functionality related to ever-evolving Sales processesEnsure successful delivery of business automation roadmap and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders Provide input into and oversight of project definition and solution design for requested new features and operational enhancements for internal systems.Deliver On Schedule, On Budget and On Scope ProjectsDesign and Build loosely coupled, innovative, agile and scalable solutions by leveraging existing packages / apps on Salesforce platform and other in-house applicationsMaintain SLAs and KPIsAct as the liaison between PM, SalesOps, Customer Success and occasionally finance, Operation and the technology organization, to manage business priorities, communicate changes in scope or schedule, and call out risksIdentify tasks and work with the application administrators, integration and product development team to estimate delivery of proposed projects/automations.Prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyWork independently as well as collaboratively with a cross-functional team.Minimum Job Qualifications:Exhibits keen interest and experience in working with evolving business models in a large scale, complex, transformational cloud based SaaS solutions. Expertise in Salesforce stackExpertise in Sales CloudProven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to senior managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment that requires flexibility and the capacity to quickly learn and assimilate information/new skills is essential8+ yrs of experienceSoft skillsAbility to build relationships, influence key decision-makers, and collaborate on a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experienceEffective communicator that works well in a collaborative team settingStrong team player who breaks down silos and works effectively with teams and stakeholders to establish and accomplish business objectives.Exceptional ability to gather, organize and evaluate any information or data needed as input from stakeholders and development team to determine requirements and specifications.CAN DO attitude.Ability and desire to work in a fast paced and continually evolving environmentCreative problem solver who is able to think beyond the status quoWork ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $143,200 and USD $285,600 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
