Salesforce Business Analyst
Position responsibilities: + Participate in requirements gathering, design workshops to understand applications’ functionality and support requirement and works with business and technology leaders to further define the support and project functions needed within the organization + Manage operational requests and reporting including analysis, issue troubleshooting, and resolution to build custom reports including dashboards and workflows + Create and update data dictionary, data modeling and flow diagrams for documentation of business processes for integrated supply chain planning systems and new releases of applications to determine Salesforce functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments + Work with internal change management team to develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce end users as well as work within a large agile team to gather and document user stories and acceptance criteria + Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups while supporting the evaluation of AppExchange and partner solutions + Continuous improvement and innovation on the Salesforce Consumer Goods platform with hands-on Salesforce configuration in Lightning environment + Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  + Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of technical certification and 3 plus years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or High School Diploma and 6 plus years of specific experience + Salesforce Certifications: Certified Administrator (ADM201)  Preferred Education and Experience:  + Bachelor’s Degree + 1-2 years’ experience in an analytical role + Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM211) certification + Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
