**Summary**
The Advisor, Salesforce Business System Analyst drives the optimization of our key business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem. They are a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring our Salesforce platform effectively supports organizational goals and delivers exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for leveraging Salesforce capabilities to their fullest potential.
**Detailed Description**
+ Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Service, and other departments to define, analyze, and optimize key business processes. Identify areas for improvement and leverage Salesforce functionality to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
+ Elicit detailed business requirements from stakeholders and translate these into clear and actionable technical specifications, including user stories, process flows, and data models, for Salesforce configuration and development.
+ Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and technical constraints. Recommend best practices and innovative approaches to leverage the Salesforce platform effectively.
+ Provide clear and concise training materials, conduct user training sessions, and facilitate power user networks to ensure user adoption and maximize the value of our Salesforce investment. Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and training materials.
+ Stay abreast of new Salesforce feature developments and recommend relevant features for implementation to enhance system capabilities, improve user productivity, and support evolving business needs.
+ Effectively communicate technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other IT team members.

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and drive to consensus.
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (preferred), or other relevant Salesforce clouds.
+ Ability to stay abreast of new Salesforce features and recommend their implementation.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and standard Salesforce report building experience.
+ Demonstrated continuous improvement experience.
+ Proven ability with translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
**Physical Demands**
+ Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment
+ Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data
+ Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc)
+ Occasional overnight travel will be required
**Typical Experience**
+ 4-6 years’ experience in related positions
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, or similar role.
+ Minimum of 5 years using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM Analytics.
+ Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud is a plus.
+ Experience in developing and delivering training materials and conducting user training.
+ Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Lucidchart).
+ Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
+ Experience with data migration and integration projects.
+ Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
**Typical Education**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Salesforce Associate certification required.
+ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant), preferred.

Salary Range: $90,000-120,000 USD/year

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary. We are open to considering candidates close to any of our US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon or California as well as locations near major airports such as the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Pacific Coast.
