Summary: This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, testing, data analysis/reporting and other responsibilities to support the Development Business Operations team for the Salesforce CRM platform. The Salesforce Business Analyst will need to collaborate with business units and IT colleagues in an agile process. The role will also conduct training and demos with Salesforce users.
