Salesforce Business Analyst

We’re working with a major global brand that’s looking for a Salesforce Partner Portal Administrator to join on an initial 12-month contract.

This role sits within a high-performing EMEA team and will focus on supporting and optimising a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal used by external partners and resellers. It’s ideal for someone with strong Salesforce admin skills and experience supporting complex, high-visibility systems in global environments.

The Essentials:

Hybrid working: 3 days per week in Central London 12-month initial contract Immediate start preferred

What You’ll Be Doing:

Administering the Partner Portal (user setup, access management, roles & permissions) Supporting external partner users and internal stakeholders (Tier 2 level) Improving usability, automation, and portal efficiency Working cross-functionally with business and technical teams across EMEA Ensuring compliance with internal security and data governance policies

What You’ll Need:

Proven Salesforce admin experience, ideally in Experience Cloud Solid understanding of roles, profiles, permission sets, data visibility Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities in a global setting

Bonus Points For:

Salesforce Administrator certification (required) Experience supporting external user portals Previous work in enterprise or global tech environments Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack

Location: Central London (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Contract: 12 months
