As a Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for B2B Commerce engagements using Commerce platform and extended ecosystem. Your expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, combined with your strong technical competence, will be instrumental in delivering scalable and efficient solutions to meet our clients' business needs. **In this role, you will** + Collaborate with clients and project customers to understand and analyze business processes, design comprehensive solutions using Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, while ensuring scalability, security, and simplicity. Develop and present technical architecture documents and solution proposals. + Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Assess low level design, configuration, security, code quality, to ensure compliance with industry standards. + Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PIM, Payment) to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation. + Customize and extend the functionality of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. + Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize page load times, and improve overall system efficiency. **What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)** . + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). + Proven experience as a Technical Architect in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud projects, with a deep understanding of commerce platform concepts, capabilities, standard processes, and limitations. + Hands on development experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations. + Experience in designing edge systems integrations to both Experience portal and to Commerce platform. + Experience in integrating 3rd party systems using SOAP/ REST Web Services. **What will help you stand out (preferred skills)** + Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer + Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Architect At Cognizant, we're eager to meet people who believe in our mission and can make an impact in various ways.
