You will serve as the technical authority on Salesforce capabilities, platform limitations, and best practices-ensuring architectural integrity and delivering intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities: * Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy and technical standards * Lead the re-architecture of existing implementations into scalable, future-ready platforms * Manage and optimize multi-org environments for seamless integration and data consistency * Implement Einstein and Agentforce capabilities to enable AI-driven case resolution, predictive analytics, and automated workflows * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and admins on architecture and reusable components * Stay current on Salesforce innovations and recommend adoption paths for new features * Oversee platform governance, data modeling, performance optimization, and compliance
