Salesforce Applications Administrator Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Application Administrator Associate to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with foundational Salesforce knowledge who is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.Provide first-level support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and escalating complex problems as needed.Help maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data imports/exports.Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to meet business needs.Participate in user training and documentation efforts to promote platform adoption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.Assist in testing and deployment of new features, updates, and integrations.Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).0–2 years of experience working with Salesforce or in a CRM support role.Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is a plus or willingness to obtain within 6 months.Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, workflows, and permissions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Salesforce Reports, and Flows.Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.Interest in pursuing a career in Salesforce administration or development.

Location: Clearwater, FL 

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours: 8am-5pm

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
