Salesforce is our long-term business supporting platform which has the following product enabled: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Certinia and others third party systems.

Role Purpose:

In this role, your duties will include supporting the entire Salesforce ecosystem. To ensure success in our environment, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration & management, ability to exchange with different stakeholder to identify and clarify business requirement, and track change requests with an agile methodology in a compliance-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Analysts to refine business needs and functional requirements, translating them into suitable technical solutionsImplement system changes and new features according to internal policiesManage Salesforce security and user provisioningHandle maintenance, evaluation, performance, troubleshooting, installation and documentation related tasksProvide end-user support and training

The essential requirements of this job include:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a similar environmentSolid understanding of the Salesforce infrastructure (objects, relationships, meta data)Experience with Salesforce automation as well as with Salesforce data management using various toolsExperience with Apex/Visualforce developmentExperience with external/third party tools integrationExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience with financial systems and/or integrations with ERP systemsExperience in release management/DevOps in Salesforce environmentExperience in a compliance-regulated environmentCertification as Salesforce administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator
