You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
About the Role
Operations
Manage the AMS team and resource allocation including:Raise resourcing requests internally based on the demandAssign tickets on JIRA to resources base on their availability and bandwidthConsolidate efforts of resources per client / per engagement / per month for reportingOnboard new resources to client accounts and manage internal KTs and HandoversManage CR approvals including obtaining client approval on estimates and timelineJIRA Maintenance - Update JIRA with new agents, clients, additional fields and reports on need basisPlan periodic Release Management activitiesInternal - Project code creation, AMS rates discussion, licenses renewal discussion with vendor and other ad-hoc AMS operations mattersProject Plan - Effort estimation, Resource planning and timelineCommercials - Prepare JBT, get internal approvals and share the Budgetary Quote with clientAddendums - Accommodate any changes to the existing contract e.g. scope of services or additional purchase AMS man-days etc.Governance
Ensure SLA is adhered to as per agreement with the client Ensure timelines for CR delivery is metConduct Weekly/Bi-monthly Status Review calls to track tickets status and address issues/concerns raised (if any)Manage Escalations and DelaysMonthly Utilisation and Reporting
Validate the resource efforts spent on ticketsPrepare and submit the Monthly Utilisation report and detailed efforts breakdown to the clientNegotiations and justifications on the Utilised hoursBilling and Invoicing
Client - Raise invoices to client and follow up on the payments Manage the vendor licence related invoices (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce licences)PwC Territories - Interfirm billings and reconciliation of hoursCRs - Raise invoices based on the agreed payment milestonesManaging Contractors / Agency
Approve the timesheets of ContractorsManage payments to vendors - Approval & Payment vouchersContract roll-out and extensions of contractUpsell / BD work
Identify the potential opportunities to upsell AMS servicesSupport development of AMS proposal and pitch/demoKeep clients updated on new developments in SAP/Oracle/Salesforce and provide demo (if needed)About You
You are likely a good fit with the following key attributes:
Degree holder (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines)Required skills: salesforce managed services/ application support experienceMinimum 7 to 12 years of relevant experience, ideally in Consulting related to salesforce.Must have at least 3 or 5 years lead experience.Has actual managed service experience in any of the salesforce platforms such as sales, service, experience, health or marketing cloud.Has sales/ business development experience in SalesforceAbility to solve problem high-level software and application issues.Can work in a hybrid setup, office is based in Makati City.#PwCSEACPH
