Salesforce Administrator - Mexico

As a Salesforce Administrator at MMA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce experience for our colleagues. Your work will be vital to the success of the organization and will enhance our clients' experience. You will be responsible for managing system access, providing timely responses to Salesforce cases, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration will be essential in supporting our team and driving improvements in our Salesforce org. You will also collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to deliver solutions that meet their needs.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: 

4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. 

Fluency in written and spoken English. 

Salesforce Administrator Certification. 

Solid understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Salesforce. 

Experience working in Lightning UI for Sales Cloud. 

Experience with Data Loader or Dataloader.io. 

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. 

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment. 

Passion for customer service and ensuring the best possible colleague experience. 
 

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: 

Additional Salesforce Certifications. 

Experience with Experience Sites. 

Experience with Pardot. 

Stakeholder Management experience. 

Salesforce configuration experience, including supporting and training users. 

Industry-recognized qualifications and certifications relevant to the role are beneficial. 
 

Key responsibilities: 

Work directly with colleagues to maintain and optimize their Salesforce experience. 

Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the MMA Salesforce org and related products to provide accurate resolutions to colleagues. 

Provide timely responses, diagnosis, and resolution to all Salesforce cases within the agreed-upon SLAs. 

Document all communications and status information in the associated Salesforce case. 

Escalate urgent requests or those that require additional support to the properly skilled team member. 

Manage system access for current colleagues, new colleagues, and acquisition onboards, including provisioning permission sets for additional access. 

Support keeping Salesforce compliant with company standards. 

Work on tasks and special initiatives as assigned. 

Implement, contribute, and influence the target Salesforce architecture. 

Demonstrate a good understanding of custom objects, page layouts, profiles, permissions groups/sets, workflows, approval processes, flows, triggers, and Data Loader.
