We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our agile and innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic enhancements and optimize Salesforce solutions across multiple business areas. If you have over 5 years of hands-on experience and a strong background in Financial Services Cloud, this is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet evolving business needs. You’ll manage user access and security models, support system integrations, and drive adoption across Sales, Service, Financial Services, and Experience Clouds. You'll also be expected to maintain data integrity, ensure system performance, and support cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will hold Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications, with additional expertise in OmniStudio, case and territory management. A background in P&C insurance and Salesforce development is a plus. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and staying current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices. Key Responsibilities:: * Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements * Customize objects, fields, workflows, applications, and dashboards * Manage user permissions and access controls, emphasizing permission sets * Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and perform routine maintenance * Support integrations and proactively address potential risks from platform changes * Conduct data cleanups, manage archival processes, and uphold data integrity * Promote user adoption and track system usage metrics * Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, technical solutions Qualifications: * 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience across complex environments * Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and security best practices * Proven experience with Sales, Service, Experience, and Financial Services Clouds * Certified Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator (FSC certification a plus) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment * Interest in continuous learning and staying ahead with Salesforce innovations If you're passionate about using Salesforce to solve real business challenges and want to work with a collaborative, future-focused team, we encourage you to apply.
