Job Description: Salesforce Administrator and Developer Role Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Administrator and Developer to join our dynamic CSS IT team. This combined role requires a professional with a thorough understanding of Salesforce administration and development, capable of managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and requirements. Develop and implement new functionalities using Salesforce's declarative and programmatic tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components). Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Perform regular data audits and data integrity tasks. Develop and manage complex workflows, validation rules, and triggers. Create and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, development tasks, and processes. Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement new business processes and improvements. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to recommend and implement improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development. Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce.com development tools. Experience with data management and data migration projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
