Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for participating in change management, building business processes, creating dashboards, and handling automation. This role involves working collaboratively with technical teams within Salesforce and IT departments to implement new solutions and improve existing processes utilizing the Salesforce.com platform.

ResponsibilitiesHelp define business process requirements for implementation design on the Salesforce.com platform.Own the reporting and dashboard roadmap for the system.Support and train end-users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Stakeholders and IT.Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate and recommend new features and functionality where feasible.Essential Skills1+ years of professional Salesforce Administration experience.Salesforce Administrator certification.Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements.Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce.com applications.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and collaborate with a small project team.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud.Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PPT, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.Experience with Field Service Lightning.Work Environment

The work environment includes cutting-edge technology within green energy solutions. The office is located in downtown Durham, overlooking the Durham Bulls stadium, offering a modern and high-tech space.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Durham, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
