The Impact you’ll makeTechnical Support & System Management \nHandle escalated help desk tickets requiring Salesforce Administrator access\nMonitor and analyze system trends to identify recurring issues\nPerform data loads and bulk updates to maintain system efficiency\nManage support tickets with vendors\nUser Administration & Onboarding \nConfigure new hire, team, and regional setups within Salesforce\nManage integrations with associated systems (Gmail/Dialpad/Sense/TR)\nProvide system access and permissions management\nSupport user training and adoption\nProcess Improvement & Documentation \nCreate and maintain documentation for flows and workflows\nInterpret and optimize existing flows\nConduct User Acceptance Testing for new rollouts\nDevelop and implement best practices\nSystem Integration & Quality Assurance \nEnsure seamless integration between Salesforce and healthcare-specific platforms\nPerform proxy login testing\nMaintain data security and HIPAA compliance\nMonitor system performance and reliability\n
