Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an exceptional Sales Transformation Leader to drive transformational change with our key Energy & Utilities customers in EMEA.
As a Sales Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and accelerating strategic transformation opportunities within select enterprise energy accounts. You will work closely with senior executives to craft compelling business cases, develop value-based narratives, and translate customer transformation agendas into actionable opportunities that drive incremental revenue growth.
This role will be based in EMEA with travel required to key customer locations.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive strategic pipeline creation and conversion of large-scale transformation programs to achieve revenue targets
- Develop executive-level value propositions and business cases tied to measurable outcomes
- Partner with Account Managers to elevate customer conversations from technical to business value
- Drive value discovery workshops and strategic planning sessions with C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain executive relationships focused on business transformation
