At 3E, we’re looking for driven, curious, and motivated individuals to join our Sales Training Program—a hands-on, 24-month journey designed to equip you with the skills and experience to thrive in one of the nation’s fastest-growing industries. What You’ll Do: This isn’t your average entry-level gig. You’ll rotate through key departments like Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, Various Sales Positions, and more—getting a full 360° view of the business. Along the way, you’ll gain real-world experience, learn directly from seasoned pros, and develop the tools you need to succeed as a future Sales Account Manager at 3E. Reports to: Location or Division Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree holders (any major welcome!) + Team players who are detail-oriented, proactive, and organized + Great communicators with strong time management skills + People who want to make a real impact in a fast-paced industry + Willing to travel and learn in different environments (warehouse, office, on the road) + Valid driver’s license and good driving record + Authorization to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: + Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills + Passion for learning and growth + An interest in sales, business operations, or customer success Working Conditions: Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.
