The Opportunity:
The Sales Representative Trainee will successfully manage existing customer accounts and establish new opportunities to achieve annual sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include efficiently managing current customer relationships, prospecting and engaging new customers, partnering with management to complete budget planning, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategy execution.

What you need to succeed:
3 years of experience interfacing with customers in a B2B field sales environment - RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field - preferredCorrugated sales or industrial sales experience strongly preferred Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teamsStrategic and analytical thinker with tactical focusMust be organized with great time management to manage multiple customer relationshipsGreat communication and flexibility to adjust for different audiencesBusiness acumen, having knowledge of various areas of businessExperience with Salesforce.com or relevant softwareSafety mindset
