Sales Trainee
As a Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to support the sales team in driving growth and promoting EF’s global study programs. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to customer service, while you work closely with experienced professionals to develop your sales and communication skills. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in promoting and selling EF’s global language and academic programs to prospective students.Support the team in identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into enrolled students.Help manage relationships with potential students, offering guidance and tailored program recommendations.Represent EF at recruitment events, fairs, and universities across Portugal.Contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after enrolment.Support market expansion efforts by identifying potential business opportunities.Collaborate with various teams to improve sales processes and strategies. RequirementsEligible to IEFP internshipFluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written).1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, or recent graduate with a strong interest in sales and education.Excellent communication skills and a desire to build relationships with students and key stakeholders.Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or currently pursuing a degree in a related field.Passion for education and cultural exchange.What We OfferCompetitive internship compensation.Health insurance, including mental health support.Meal allowance for restaurants & grocery stores.Opportunities for career growth and global mobility.Training and development programs to support your career progression.Annual Familiarization Trips to EF destinations worldwide.A vibrant office culture with team events and networking opportunities. Excited to kick-start your sales career in an international environment?
