About the Role
The primary focus of the Sales Enablement/Operations Senior Manager for the Global Tools and Processes is to lead global strategic initiatives to leverage our CRM tools and processes in the most efficient way to improve sales performance and customer experience.
In addition to improving the CRM experiences for Sales users and providing BI solutions across all aspects of Sales Operations, you will be chartered with the objectives of improving sales productivity and operational effectiveness in line with the sales strategy.
You will collaborate closely with global Sales leadership and the wider RELX Sales Ops team to support the development of a world-class CRM strategy and will ensure that our growth and Go-To-Market machine work seamlessly across all our global markets.
In this role, you will work with teams and colleagues across the America’s, CEMEA and Asia.
Responsibilities
Being the Business Owner for all the sales tools, including but not limited to Salesforce, Gong Base & Engage, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach and ZoomInfo. Setting an integrated tech stack strategy for the business, including metrics for ROI measurement and continuous ROI reporting. Representing the interests of the gNS business with the centralized SFDC development team. Gather and translate high-level gNS business requirements into Salesforce enhancements, supporting the centralized development team as product owner and managing testing requirements for the business. Collaborating with the Sales Enablement team to develop and deliver best practice sales education on sales processes and tools. Drive and monitor adoption and compliance. Partnering with sr leadership stakeholders to design and implement processes that promote efficient sales flows and high-quality data and reporting in line with the business/sales strategy. Drive global alignment on the roadmap for sales processes & tools. Make strategic recommendations to leadership on performance-enhancing (process) improvements. Partnering with internal stakeholders and the central Sales Process Board to evaluate new sales tools available in the market Working with cross-functional leadership to create relevant reports and dashboards in sales tools
Requirements
Have significant demonstrable experience in sales operations, business management and/or finance for a mid-to-large-scale global Sales Organization Have experience with the development and implementation of processes, systems and tools used to drive key sales operations activities using BI tools, CRM software, and Excel in close collaboration with Sales leadership Have great project management and change management skills that enable you to lead projects independently and prioritize numerous tasks and projects Have a Salesforce Admin certification Have sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and leading data-driven analyses to support and grow a business Be a great communicator- ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner with sales teams, key business partners and (senior) leadership Be collaborative – able to lead deliverables and to work effectively in a fast paced, matrixed organization.Work in a way that works for you:
