Sales Tools and Intelligence Manager

Join Emerson as a Digital Sales Tools Product Manager, leading sales force digitalization and the definition of the sales tool ecosystem.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Determine the strategic direction of our digital sales tools to boost efficiency, increase win-rates, and improve new customer acquisition. Own the digital sales tools roadmap, aligning the global enterprise and sales leadership around common reference architecture. Effectively communicate the roadmap and vision to varied stakeholders to inspire change. Improve connected collaboration of customer self-serve tools and the digital sales tools ecosystems Shepherd our “Next Best Sales Action” initiative, combining predictive selling models with effective delivery methods to influence seller interactions. Act as a data steward for seller-facing customer data, building Customer 360. Own the customer and territory data visualizations for field sales and digital sales teams. Establish a transparent model demonstrating the value digital products bring to sellers and the business. Consistently communicate results with customers and partners. Help Emerson evolve into more modern go-to-market and channel strategies, assisting in sales management and providing training where needed. Understand enabler and tech debt work that will host new business functionality and use it to modernize the vision and roadmap. Communicate and influence multiple IT Agile Release Trains (ART) to develop, align, and prioritize requirements that support the roadmap/vision. Manage legal and compliance requirements to ensure flawless execution.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in sales tools product management or a similar role. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence collaborators. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Experience with Agile methodologies and IT development processes. Passion for driving sales efficiency and modernizing sales strategies. Willingness and ability to travel, up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Previous experience with a B2B sales channel Familiarity with data transformation and visualization software and concepts Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Proficient in Microsoft Office

Our compensation philosophy is simple: We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $95,400- $177,200 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
