Sales & Tele-contact Dealer Support Analyst (Contract)
The job responsibilities of the Sales Support  & Tele-contact Dealer Support  Analyst  (Contract) include but are not limited to: daily monitoring of Business Centre sales, orders, allocation and scheduling of vehicles; generation of all adhoc reports  & presentations utilized by regional staff;  liaising with headquarters teams as required on issues relating to daily operations and shipping of vehicles.   Also, managing tele-contact dealer relations as it relates to sales operations: Acting as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer (tele-contact), the position will provide guidance and management of sales performance,  inventory, promotional activities and participation in various programs Ensuring proper levels of Sales Satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvement Motivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch training

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications with strength in Excel & Power Point Experience in data analysis and report generation Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Legally eligible to work in Canada Ability and willingness to relocate for potential future opportunities Bilingual (French/English)  Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the automotive industry
