Job Overview:
The Sales Technology Analyst will focus on commercial business tactics and strategies to implement technology improvements that support KDP initiatives. This role will function as a support on technology initiatives for KDP, while working to advance the development of additional tools to support sales and improve customer relationships. This position facilitates collaboration among various cross-functional teams, ensuring that the implemented tools align with KDP’s strategic business objectives.
Drive Team Engagement through Training Sessions and Collaboration
Salient Margin Minder System Administrative Support
Monitor and manage Salient Queue in Service NowAct as backup for Salient Admins during PTO, business travel, etc.Maintain and Setup Salient User Admin ToolDaily management of Service Now tickets assigned to the Salient Helpdesk Queue. Includes contacting requestors, resolving issues, and closing tickets in a timely manner.Transfer Salient knowledge to enable the ability to complete some of the duties listed below.Server management – access rights for users.Back-end table management (i.e., Small Format CMA, Branch Hierarchy, DSS Mapping).Reporting Tools to Track Key Margin Metrics and Drive Growth
Manage and create Global Bookmarks that provide insights to drive favorable mix (product, package, etc.)SF CMA Compliance. Annual Small Format CMA Dashboard maintenance and Small Format CMA Global Collection and Bookmark management in SIM (Salient Interactive Miner).Requirements:
4+ years of DSD Sales and/or Frontline CPG experience.1+ year of experience in an analytical sales/sales support role.3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite3+ years of experience with sales software/systems (i.e., CRM, Salient Margin Minder, Salesforce).
