As a key leader in Smart Infrastructure, you will craft how we build and maintain the power networks of tomorrow. Join our Siemens Electrification & Automation (EA) business and help us lead a dynamic sales team that are passionate about leading our business growth in the Industry, Infrastructure and Campuses (II&C) market sectors in the UK and Ireland. We provide a wide range of power solutions, including Medium Voltage and Low Voltage switchgear, protection devices, substation and network automation/control solutions, as well as digital and lifecycle services.

In this team management role, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day work and operations of the team, providing coaching, direction and control. This is paired with having a direct sales responsibility for developing your own key customer business with self-selected accounts and opportunities.

The successful candidate will develop this team and be part of a collaborative sales community fully backed by a local and global group of industry innovators and experts.

This role will be a location independent role, with the need to travel to Manchester and Newcastle, at least monthly. It will also require frequent travel to customer sites.
