Sales System Administrator

The Sales Systems Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the success of the Sales Marketing team by managing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the hotel sales systems and databases. This individual ensures the accurate and timely handling of sales leads, reporting, and system performance to drive productivity and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Running Booking Reports and ensuring sales managers have up to date decision dates, booking grades and closing comments.Support DOSM to ensure all tentative 3-5 have revenues loaded in rooms/catering for forecasting purposes.Sales System management and update (Envision)Assigning and/or distributing group and catering quotas.Actualizing of all group bookings with Opera Report backups on a regular and consistent basis. All monthly actuals must be completed by the final day of the month.Completing backup forms and entering any earned Cancellation or Attrition payment information once verified and approved by the appropriate people.Entering Groups and Catering budgets into MIPS Annually.Management of Vacation and Payroll system on behalf of the team.Management of travel logistics for DOSM and other key selling positions.Expense report assistance.Additional reporting responsibilities

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems (Delphi, etc.).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred but not required.2 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or systems support, preferably in a hospitality setting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems (Delphi, etc.).
