Sales Support Supervisor

ADI’s growth strategy relies on a strong commitment to Customer Service Excellence.  Our Statement of Purpose, “We build indispensable partnerships by ensuring the success of our customers, supplier partners, and team members” is the foundation for everything we do.  We’re looking for an experienced sales support manager who enjoys working in a dynamic environment to create frictionless commerce.  This position will be embedded at our customer’s location responsible for optimizing our supply chain, improving lead times, streamline logistics, and managing a team of embedded service representatives.  The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, problem solving capabilities, data analysis knowledge, and effective leadership acumen.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Optimize supply chain to improve lead times, reduce inventory held at the customer’s location, and ensuring parts are stocked where the customer needs them, when they need them. Supporting the customer by solving problems through root cause corrective action, process engineering for continuous improvement and streamlined logistics. Propose new ideas, concepts, and features, providing supporting data and projected results. Establish ongoing reporting and key performance indicators for measuring success. Provide consistent and timely updates and reporting with the right data to enable decision making. Accurately report on variances and establish earlier warnings for variance. Lead, coach, and develop a small, embedded team of service representatives, ensuring clear task assignment, timely performance feedback, and continuous skill development aligned with customer and business needs. Foster a high-performing, team-oriented environment by effectively managing daily operations, resolving resource or scheduling conflicts, and ensuring alignment with service level objectives. Demonstrate foundational leadership capabilities by balancing tactical execution with team motivation, promoting accountability, and modeling a bias for action in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Supervisor or Management experience  Ability to Travel up to 25%
