As a Sales Support Specialist on our team, you will:   

- Produce regular and on-demand reports that provide insightful data on order fulfilment as well as business planning
- Manage and process sales orders and related documentation
- Assist with customer account management, including updating CRM systems and ensuring accurate client data
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with internal departments and external partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams
- Position the product directly to the end-users and partners with an in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio
- Train partners and sales professionals at all levels on the product portfolio to increase the install base within the competitive retail sector in the region.
- Build customer trust through successful execution of Service contract and delivery of expected outcomes

- Are proficient or bilingual in Turkish with advanced English level 
- Have bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Have 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus
- Have strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team

- Base salary of 21,000 euros gross/year + bonus up to 4,300 euros gross/year, private medical insurance
