This Position reports to:
Service Sales Support Manager
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technicalresource in the assigned areaSupports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offersProvides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/solution/service-related trainingPrepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirementsLocal Business/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives.Participates in the kickoff meeting organized by the project teamDefines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization,Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessmentAnalyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organizationPerforms lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business to obtain better future resultsQualifications
A Bachelor / master’s degree in 4th year graduated, (Engineering is preferable)Min 2 years or new graduatedSales support experience (Knowledge of motors & generators & drives in the End-user & OEM market is preferable e.g.COG, Metals, Minerals, P&P, Cement, etc.)Proficient command of English and Turkish, both written and spokenComputer skills; Good MS Office user, SAP and Salesforce is preferableA collaborative, solution-focused approach, and proficient written and spoken communication skillsSelf-motivation, curiosity, and a commitment to learn about new technologies,Adjusting to different tasks, Multitasking, Time managementHighly motivated, aspiring, enthusiastic, adept at managing multiple tasks, a real collaborator with a commitment to learningWe value people from different backgrounds.
