Our client, a dynamic player in the industrial equipment industry, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist (Exports) to join their team. You will be part of the team supporting the sales and supply chain departments and collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

Process international sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry. Prepare and review required documentation for international shipments to ensure compliance with regulations. Serve as a primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction. Assist in coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries for timely arrival of products. Support the international sales team by generating reports and analyzing data for market opportunities.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in an international business environment. Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs regulations is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
