Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customerspecifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day,you will maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility. You willalso showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals, including bothtechnical and cost elements.The work model for the role is: #hybridThis role is contributing to Electrification Service in Philippines.
Qualifications for the roleTertiary or degree qualifications in Engineering (electrical) / commercial qualification or recognized equivalentMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Tendering, Sales or a related industryComputer literacy and competent in using SAP (preferable), MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project Salesforce are essentialGood communication skills and assertive business acumen.Able to collaborate within the broader business at a senior levelAdvanced technical knowledge and commercial aspects of businessExperience in financial reporting, and will be comfortable tracking costsStrategic and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiation skillsBusiness minded and results focusedCritical consulting skills in bid-no bid issuesRisk review experienceTime management, co-ordination, accuracy, attention to detail and performing in a pressure environment are necessary
