As the Sales Support Specialist you will be the liaison between Sales, Customers, and internal teams like Billing, Credentialing, Legal, and Compliance. You’ll ensure smooth onboarding, accurate billing setup, and resolution of disputes. Your work will enhance customer experience, improve operational quality, and support team development through training and process refinement.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations and/or Business Development. MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Strong customer support experience, time management skills, communication skills and organizational skillsWe’re also looking for the preferred skills below. Small project or initiative managementExcellent knowledge or experience of SalesforceSkilled with Tableau reportingSkilled in data analytics and revenue impact analysisResponsible for working with Sales and various other departments, such as but not limited to Credentialing, Legal, Billing, and Compliance, to onboard new Customers and end users with the appropriate product configurations.Impact You'll Make:
Act as liaison for Sales and Customers among multiple teams (Billing, Credentialing, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to support existing and new customersInterpret pricing agreements and confirm billing/invoicing is set up correctlyAddress billing issues and disputes as neededPromote a positive customer experience and build cross-departmental relationshipsOther general support items as needed to support the Sales and operational processImprove quality by reviewing workAssist with the development of quality checks with the Quality Assurance teamTeach others on the team to learn new skills and refine existing knowledgeQualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable law, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the California Fair Chance Act.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
