Job Description:

Location: Plano, Texas

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team to maintain reports, track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers receive top-notch service. Your support will be key in delivering a smooth and positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Support the Sales team in managing key branch accounts
Track shipments from start to finish and proactively communicate updates to customers
Input data into our Transportation Management System (TMS) and ensure accounting readiness
Communicate shipment, billing, or follow-up issues with the Sales Manager and Carrier Operations team

Desired Background/Skills:

1 year of experience in sales or customer service
Experience or training in the transportation/logistics industry
Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills
