Our client, a dynamic player in the international trade industry, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Support team, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Agoura Hills, CA

Pay Range: $19-22/hr.

Shift: Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

Process international sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry. Prepare and review required documentation for international shipments to ensure compliance with regulations. Serve as a primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction. Assist in coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries for timely arrival of products. Support the international sales team by generating reports and analyzing data for market opportunities.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in an international business environment. Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs regulations is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
