This Position reports to:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated
market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets
to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also
showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Energy Industries division based in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:
• Preparation of technical/commercial Brownfield /Service offers based on customer requirements, Local Business Unit
and Sales organization directives.
• Be the single interface towards customer / Local Divisions and ensure timely and proactive communication.
• Responsible for the bid during the whole sales phase, from lead until winning the order.
• Set up and collaboration with ABB group functions, such as Legal, Finance, Taxes, and Insurance.
• Use experience and understanding to add to the Bid plans and decision making along as the tendering process evolves.

Qualifications for the role
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in install base / service bidding for Automation (DCS /PLC/Safety PLC/Power
Management Systems) cybersecurity for energy industries.
• Knowledge of any one of ABB automation products like 800xA/ Harmony / Advant is preferable.
• Experience in bid preparation for DCS/PLC install base upgrade/evolution/expansion will be an advantage.
• Implements global standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution.
• Knowledge about market requirements and standards within the industry is positive.
• Minimum B.Tech/ B.E from a reputed University with First Class.
