This Position reports to:
Sales Support Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
Manages the preparation of all tendering proposal (e.g. developing proposal structure, defining the most suitable contents(s)), documentations (e.g. total price, tech. spec. certifications etc.) and if necessary project management (e.g. quantifies hours of engineering and commissioning) aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions. Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers with regard to ABB products/systems/ applications. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations; Collects and archives documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taken during the development process. Regularly reports the status of the bids/estimates/quotations using defined tools and collects and analyses the reasons for tenders being lost and won. Identifies potential risks in the bids, quotations and estimates, and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels. Provides information and/or participates in the Risk Review process in accordance with ABB policy. Responsible for collecting and collating all information needed to prepare the proposal, including both technical and cost elements. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Provides any necessary technical support to Sales Managers during technical meetings with customers
Work model: onsite
Develop competitive firm/budgetary proposal/quotations, ensuring that each project meets different technical and commercial requirements for each situation to create the best and most optimized solutions and costs.
Ensure the smooth progress of collaborative work with functions such as sales and after - sales by establishing effective communication mechanisms and collaboration processes. In case of customer complaints or project failures due to collaboration issues, assume corresponding responsibilities and promote the resolution of problems.
Ensure the timely high quality submission of tender documents, including complete and accurate technical and commercial tender proposals
Qualifications for the RoleBachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as automation, electronics, machinery, mechatronics, industrial design, etc.
Minimum 5 years working experience in related field;
Familiar with electricity standard, ie. MV/LV Switchgear, eHouse, and electric automation & digitalization, HVAC and fire protection applications preferred;skill in autoCAD software.
Good at English both writing and oral
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills expected
