What You'll Do: + Provide both marketing and administrative support to senior professionals and their teams. Responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, communications, and transactions. + Act as point of contact with account teams, research group, and centralized marketing to source and manage the delivery of financial, marketing, and various client-specific data to incorporate into customized packages and client projects + Independently review quality (style, brand, spelling, grammar, accuracy, etc.); complete final production (print, bind, and apply custom finishes to all presentation materials) + Update and maintain various information databases and content libraries; log and extract all results into various reports and repositories for future recall and use; generate standard and ad hoc reports, as required + Manage dynamic calendars, manage property marketing events, schedule appointments and travel, schedule/coordinate conference room reservations, technology, and catering; answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls, as well as provide telephone back-up to peers What You'll Need: To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Two years’ experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals preferred; experience in Commercial Real Estate ideal. + Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and thoughtful work-product in a customer-centric manner. Ability to effectively analyze, synthesize, and present information. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. + Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents, as well as the ability to accurately draft and synthesize information into written and verbal communications. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. The minimum salary for the Senior Coordinator position is $61,000 annually and the maximum salary for theSenior Coordinator_ _position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
