Responsibility of accurately handling processing/transaction requirements. Focuses on presales support such as, but not limited to, proposal support and inventory review. This may involve new contracts and/or expanding or managing existing client relationships. Typical responsibilities include resolving client issues and working with IBM teams to support for delivery of products to clients world-wide. Maintain and disposition new field inventory and related process.
