The opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Officer to join our Retail Distribution team based in Sydney.

As the Sales Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales activities of the Client Development team and affiliated Financial Advisers. This position requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality sales and administrative support to enhance client engagement and business outcomes. You will also manage and resolve enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring all interactions align with our operational standards and contribute to a seamless client experience.


To be successful within this role you will: 

Develop and implement policies and procedures to support sales processes

Calculate sales achievement, maintain information of sales activities and sales performance metrics

Analyse sales performance for the development of sales plans and forecasts

Administer agency compensation, awards and benefits

Successful applications will demonstrate: 

Previous experience within a sales/business development/client management support role. Experience within insurance or financial services industry will be highly regarded

Completion of RG146 qualification would be advantageous to this position

Exceptional client service skills

Strong attention to detail

High level verbal and written communication skills

Proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
