Are you ready to play a crucial role in our sales team? As Sales Support, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between departments and customers. Your contributions will help us maintain high standards and meet customer expectations.

 

What you can look forward to as Sales Support (m/f/d)?

 

gather necessary inputs for new product introductions from all involved departments supported  by account manager at the beging engage with customer teams and regarding part releases, including customer expectations regarding minimum orders and volumes supported  by account manager at the beginning manage supersessions, including clearance of previous versions supporting regular portfolio reviews and preparing optimization measures to prepare for production shutdowns, service cancellations, ATBs, minimum orders and price increases clear pricing differences between customer prices and ZF Aftermarket pricing data document pricing and other relevant commercial data prepare customer quotations and coordinate supporting functions facilitate regular internal meetings and reviews, and support customer meetings and negotiations

 

Your Profile as Sales Support (m/f/d):

 

high school education fluent knowledge of English knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) knowledge of SAP an advantage strong analytical and skills
