We have an exciting new opportunity for a driven Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Bourke.

 

Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role is responsible for providing essential administration and sales support including:

Assist customers with pricing and product queries  Processing counter sales through POS Assisting with administrative tasks including accounts payable and receivable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering & receipting Livestock administration including processing livestock sales Providing general administrative & sales support to the branch Maintaining safety processes Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries

 

 

About You:

 

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

 

A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills Excellent attention to detail Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Driver licence & forklift licence desirable
