**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support the estimation process for projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather project requirements and assist in developing cost estimates
+ Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to assist in determining project scope and identifying potential risks
+ Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
+ Review and validate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. Provide support to senior estimators and estimating managers
+ Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies related to estimating
**Key skills and qualifications**
+ 0+ years of experience in estimating. Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs. Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills
