Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Pipeline Management         

- Account creation: Create prospect in CRM & request to extend sold-party in ERP

- Lead/Opportunity/Quotation creation & follow-up

- Provide CRM manuals and trainings

- CRM Sales Analytics (Dashboard) management & CRM data reports & analysis

- CRM Sales Approval reviewer (System Order) & Sharepoint- Revision reviewer

- Other tasks related with CRM as a Key user

- Monthly funnel status report of new, changed, and closed opportunities

- Support transition from SAP CRM to SFDC

2. Other administrative sales support            

- E-bidding participation & related documents support

- Prepare documents for customer A/R payment (Approval of proxy stamp & other required documents)

- Contract bonds issue, performance & maintenance bonds

- Price List management (Internal price list & cal.sheet) and distribution

- Sales operation (order tracking, demo management incl. DMA site)

- Tax Invoice Request for Sharepoint systems (Prepayment + outstanding payment)

- Provide business analysis data and management (Price realization, GLP Discount data, Maintain unit planning, NCC, and Power BI dashboard)

Requirements:Proven experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role.Strong proficiency in SAP CRM & Salesforce (SFDC) is essential.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization) for sales analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.A proactive and problem-solving mindset.Preferred excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.Preferred familiarity with financial data and an understanding of how it relates to sales performance.
