Responsibilities The Opportunity: The role of the Sales Sr. Coordinator has the objective of supporting the PepsiCo PFNA Sales Team by working with ERAMs to support K12 Education Account Managers with school bids/contracts. The coordinator is expected to have strong communication skills with Sales Team and Finance since they will be the first point of contact. The analyst will be required to address any Sales feedback or questions and provide solutions to support the overall PFNA Business and search for automations and process improvements. Your Impact: As Commercial - TTW737 - L08 - Sales Support Coordinator your functions would consist of • Lead the K12 analyst team to ensure the performance and the OLAs & SLAs • Support a request or issue and provide a solution either with existing reporting tools or by enhancing new functionalities. • Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems • Participate in fine tuning activities to improve performance and/or ensure the SLA • Consistently attending meeting with the client subject matter expert to acquire functional business requirements. • Leverage capabilities and expertise to ensure individual and team success; coach and mentor other representatives to ensure accurate and high quality responses are provided in order to consistently deliver world class service • Act as first level of management escalation for issues requiring leadership attention • Review bids and determine if renewal or new. • Review each line item and elevates ask to Finance Team. • Review what has been awarded and determine gap plans. • Communicate gap plans to the ERAM team. • Meet timelines and complete bids related tasks. • Act as the direct point of contact for ERAMs and Finance team • Act as the direct point of contact for all bid related questions coming from Foodservice distributors. • Provide continuous and open communication with PFNA stakeholders to learn, apply and improve SLAs. • Establish process to identify, track, resolve, and report results. • Participate in fine tuning activities for continuous improvement of activities within scope. • Attend regular meetings with PFNA SMEs to acquire functional business requirements. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Recent graduate from Business Administration, Engineer or Data & Analytics related career (up to 2 years). Experience • 2 year of experience in Sales, Finance, Supplier Management or vendor experience/ Shopper Marketing Experience • Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel, Power Bi and Power Apps. • Ability to create dashboards in Power BI or similar applications to automate processes and deliver results with better visibility and in less time.Advanced and proficient English and both written and oral communication. • Experience in using different sources of information to compile and integrate. • Proven attention to detail and analytical problem solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at once • Knowledge of data governance models and PacMan portal. • Proficient on creating dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using the PepsiCo standard resources.
