We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to support the sales operations process from start to finish. You will be responsible for handling customer and internal requests related to sales orders, ensuring data accuracy across systems, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure smooth processing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, organizing details, and helping teams work more efficiently. You’ll play a key role in making sure deals move forward without delays and in keeping all stakeholders informed.

What We’re Looking For:

Professional Skills

Fluency in English (other languages are a plus depending on the region supported). Good understanding of software and hardware terminology. Experience working with sales or order management systems, especially Oracle tools. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to work on several tasks at once with high attention to detail. Familiarity with Oracle-specific tools and internal processes is an advantage.
