What will you do?
This role is integral to the success of our sales organization, providing essential support to our Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Sales Director. As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be crucial in enhancing sales efficiency and decision-making through robust data management, digital reporting, and comprehensive administrative support. You will play a key role in transforming sales data into actionable insights and ensuring smooth operational workflows for the sales team.

Sales Operations & Reporting Duties:
Develop, maintain, and distribute regular sales dashboards and digital reports for RSMs and the Sales Director, providing critical insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics. Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating complex data into understandable formats. Support the sales team in leveraging CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Siemens-specific CRM) for accurate data entry, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate closely with RSMs and the Sales Director to understand evolving reporting needs and customize reports accordingly. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within all sales reporting tools and platforms. Prepare impactful presentations and summaries of sales performance for management reviews and team meetings.Administrative Duties:
Manage calendars and schedule meetings for Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Director, optimizing their time and ensuring efficient coordination. Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales team activities, including meticulous travel arrangements, accurate expense report reconciliation, and timely invoice processing. Independently prepare and format sales-related correspondence, presentations, and internal documents with precision and professionalism. Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, training sessions, and events, both in-office and off-site. Handle all incoming and outgoing communications related to sales operations, ensuring customer and business priorities are maintained. Manage highly sensitive and confidential sales data and information with the utmost discretion.Business & Strategy Support Duties:
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies by providing data-driven insights and robust operational assistance. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, suggesting and implementing new approaches. Assist in the research, evaluation, and adoption of new tools or technologies to optimize sales processes and reporting capabilities. Contribute to the digitalization efforts within the sales organization by promoting and utilizing digital reporting and collaboration tools. Act as a Siemens ambassador, living our company culture and values in all interactions.What will you need to succeed?
Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative function within a corporate sales environment, preferably in a matrixed and multinational company. Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights and present them effectively. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas), PowerPoint (for creating compelling presentations), Outlook, and Teams. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is ideal. Highly organized and attentive to details, with strong critical thinking and reasoning skills. Efficient self-starter with a demonstrated proactive approach in dealing with differing situations, actively searching for solutions. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex deadlines and competing priorities under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively and build trust-based relationships with sales professionals, management, and external stakeholders. Service and customer-centric mindset; enthusiastic, good energy, and a positive attitude. Comfortable learning and embracing innovative technology; actively interested in researching and testing new digital tools.
