The Sales Support Analyst plays a key role in driving the core objectives of the Sales Operations team by ensuring data accuracy, delivering timely support, and maintaining exceptional service standards. This role is responsible for driving strategic insights and operational excellence across the commercial organization through data analysis, reporting, and Salesforce administration.
The Sales Support Analyst will independently handle projects from conception to completion, proficiently work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of tasks, effectively communicate across a broad corporate platform, and consistently maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas of performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting to Sales and Finance leadership, ensuring strong service levels are consistently met
· Extract, interpret, and analyze data from internal systems to support strategic decision-making
· Develop and refine presentation materials for commercial meetings, contributing to impactful and data-driven discussions
· Support Sales Operations Manager in predictive customer analysis
· Oversee Salesforce administration and training; implement new features to streamline user experience and improve adoption across the sales team
· Serve as the primary lead on a multi-year initiative to implement customer-facing predictive analytics powered by Artificial Intelligence
· Work closely with commissions team to manage portfolio analytics of Corporate owned business
· Collaborate with Commercial Recruiter to be point of contact for corporate commercial hires providing Salesforce training and portfolio management
· Provide ad hoc analytical support and data insights to Sales Management and the broader Commercial Sales organization
· Ensure proper documentation and retention of customer information, financial, and non-financial data in compliance with ChemTreat’s records policy
· Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
· Advanced analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), including practical experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions
· Demonstrated experience in forecasting and data interpretation
· Hands-on experience with Power BI; familiarity with DAX is preferred
· Exposure to Artificial Intelligence tools or applications is a plus
o While this position will not initially utilize AI, opportunities for AI integration and skill development are expected within the next 1–2 years
· Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering results
· Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in analysis and reporting
· Highly literate in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce.com
· Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) is preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
